    Purcellville, VA Homes for Sale

Residents of Purcellville tend to feel they’re living out in the country, more so than the residents of surrounding areas, like Leesburg. Being situated in the rural part of the county, Purcellville has a more relaxed vibe than neighboring towns. Although it is growing, it’s still much quieter. People here keep themselves busy, but they don’t let the rush overtake their lifestyle. It helps that its closest neighbors are other small towns like Bluemont, Berryville, and the West Virginia state line.

If you’re looking in town, you’ll find that most homes are single-family detached homes, with many of the older ones of historic architectural designs.
