Today, we're taking a look at the Northern Virginia market numbers from August. In Loudoun County in August, 718 homes sold with an average sale price of $609,124. Compared to August 2019, the number of sales was up 6% and the average sales price was up 10%. 

In Fairfax County in August, 1,648 homes sold with an average sale price of $651,183. Compared to August 2019, the number of sales was up 5.5% and the average sales price was up 8%.
