What's Up Wednesday - 11/25/2020- What are economists predicting for the 2021 housing market? 

Last week, Lawrence Yun, the National Association of Realtors’ chief economist, gave a presentation on the economy and housing market. He predicted that the 2021 housing market will bring a 23% increase in the number of new home sales, a 9% increase in the number of existing home sales, and a modest 3% increase in prices. 

 Yun thinks that since we are going into the new year with a housing shortage and that interested rates will stay low at around 3%, that home values are not in danger of declining.
