What's Up Wednesday- December 23, 2020

What's Up Wednesday - 12/23/2020- What happened in the Northern Virginia real estate market in November?

Leading up to the election, we chatted a lot about how many people push pause on their moving plans around elections. The numbers from November definitely reflect that trend

In Loudoun County, the number of homes sold in November was down 16% from October and Fairfax County was down 12% from October.

While the number of sales decreased, prices did not. In Loudoun County, the average sales price was up 0.5% from October. In Fairfax County, the average sales price was up 3% from October.

If you're thinking about making a move in 2021, now is the time to start chatting about your plans so please reach out for a complimentary consultation with one of our Residential Specialists.

Spring 2021 will be here before you know it!
