What's Up Wednesday - 8/05/2020- What happened in the Northern Virginia real estate market in July? 

Today we are taking a look at the market numbers for July and comparing them to June. 

In Loudoun County in July, 835 homes sold which was up 13% from June. The median days on market was six, down 14% from June. The median sales price was $565,500,  which was up 7% from June. 

In Fairfax County in July, 1,781 homes sold which was up 13% from June. The medium days on market was six, which was the same as in June. The median sales price was $619,900, which was up 5% from June.
